How can I customize my order?
When ordering, simply enter the telephone number or e-mail where you wish to be contacted, the graphic designer will contact you within 24/48h to make arrangements for the proofs. Proofs may be changed until you are 100% satisfied with the product.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, American Express and Union Pay), PayPal, Shop Pay, Google Pay, Apple Pay on the website. If you would prefer to pay by bank transfer, Hype or Revolut, contact us in LiveChat or on WhatsApp
What material are the products made of?
Our products are created with top quality material suitable for motorcycle products and mechanical use. We have a varied range of materials for every use, such as PLA, PETG, ABS, ASA, NYLON, TECHINIT #5 and many others!
How long does the order take to arrive?
Once the order has been placed within 24/48h you will be contacted by the graphic designer, once the proofs have been decided it will take approximately 2/3 days for printing and the shipment will arrive within 24/48h with tracked courier!
How long does shipping take?
We provide a very fast shipping service in Italy in 24/48h with tracking, via BRT or Poste Italiane. In Europe in 48/72h with tracking, via UPS, TNT or BRT.
